  • Review of "Wyndham Vacation Rentals Kiawah and Seabrook Island" at Johns Island

    My family and I visit Seabrook Island every year. In searching for future rentals I will look for those NOT managed by Wyndham. I learned during our recent stay that maintenance does not make courtesy calls alerting guests that they will be entering your villa/house. We did not request maintenance so my teenage daughter's were pretty shaken up when a strange man entered our villa unexpectedly. In addition there is no safe to lock up valuables in case a Wyndham employee decides to enter with no warning. I called the maintenance manager, Mr. Griggs, who was unavailable, of course, telling him that his maintenance workers owe customers a courtesy call. I never heard back from him, of course. In the future I would rather use a management company that works with customers on a more personal level. I also want to feel safe and not worry about being barged in on when I am in the bathroom, shower, or sleeping.
